Flat Bastard: It's a file. Inspiration drawn from both automotive and motorcycle racing, as well as classic Americana and sporting. For this project, I established and applied a brand for the flat track race team, Flat Bastard Racing, a garage-built, blue-collar American gang of non-pros. The final brand is intended to feel as though it is informed by the 1960's and 70's or the "Golden Age" of flat track racing; real, unpretentious and here to have fun.
